Connector Pin Outs

It is necessary to know which pins on the controlled
equipment connector carries the desired control
functions.
For example: A tape deck with four controlled
functions may have 12 pins on a remote connector.
Pin 1 - 'Common'
Pin 2 - 'Play'
Pin 3 - 'Stop'
Pin 4 - 'Fast Forward'
Pin 5 - 'Rewind'

These 4 functions are assigned to relays 1, 2, 3 and
4 on the SX16+.
'Common' Is connected to terminal 1A
'Play' to 1B
'Stop' to 2B
'Fast Forward' to 3B and
'Rewind' to 4B
The 'A' terminals (common) for 2, 3 and 4 may be
connected to 1A with loops of wire externally or
internally tied together.
