AMX SX Series Limited Warranty
All SX Series Control System Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period
of 3 years from date of purchase from AMX. This warranty extends to units purchased directly from AMX.
Consumers should inquire from selling dealer as to nature and extent of the dealer's warranty, if any.
There are no obligations or liabilities on the part of the AMX Corporation for consequential damages arising out
of or in conjunction with the use or performance of these products or other indirect damages with respect to loss
of profit, revenue or cost of removal and/or replacement.
All Implied warranties, including implied warranties for merchantability and/or fitness, are limited in duration to
three years from date of purchase.
This AMX Corporation warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
