Assigning Programs to Parts

A Multi can contain up to 128 Parts, and you can assign one Program to each Part.
Select a Multi, as explained on page 67.

2 Press "MAIN."
The MAIN page appears, as shown below.
New Parts can be created as follows.
Select the Part number parameter, then press the WINDOW button.

The Part window appears, as shown below.
In addition to creating new Parts, you can delete (DELETE) existing Parts and sort
(ARRANG) Parts by MIDI channels from this window.
4 Press "CREATE."
The Create New Part window appears, as shown below.
Use the JOG dial to specify the number of new Parts that you want to create.

Press "DO IT."

The specified number of Parts are created. More Parts can be created at any time.
Select the Part number parameter, then use the JOG dial to select a Part,

as shown in the example below.
