Sample Edit
INSERT SAMPLE TO START
The Insert Sample To Start function inserts a Sample into the current Sample at the spec-
ified Start point.
Use the "Insert" parameter to select a Sample to be inserted.
DELETE SECTION
The Delete Section function deletes the selected section.
SILENCE
The Silence function mutes the selected section.
REVERSE
The Reverse function reverses the selected section.
PITCH SHIFT
The Pitch Shift function enables you to change the pitch of the entire Sample.
Preset: This parameter enables you to select a preset algorithm that suits the Sample.
The following preset algorithms are available:
FEM VOX (Female voice), MALE VOX (Male voice), LOW MALE VOX (Male bass
voice), VOCAL, HFRQ RHYTHM (High-range rhythm section), MFRQ RHYTHM
(Mid-range rhythm section), LFRQ RHYTHM (Low-range rhythm section), PERCUS-
SION, LFREQ PERC. (Low-range percussion), STACCATO, LFREQ SLOW
(Low-range slow music), MUSIC 1, MUSIC 2, MUSIC 3, SOFT PERC. (Soft Percus-
sion), HFREQ ORCH. (High-range orchestra), MFREQ ORCH. (Mid-range orchestra),
LFREQ ORCH. (Low-range orchestra)
