4.2.1 Positioning dishware
Examples of the different types of trolleys and other items that can be washed.
Note that trolleys and other wheeled items do not need to be secured. All you
need to do is wheel the items in and close the gates, locking arms and shutter
doors to start the wash.
1 = Tray trolley
2 = Rack trolley
3 = Food transport trolley
4 = Transport trolley
