Notes:
Do not apply the delayed start function when

using perishable foods such as eggs, fresh
milk, fruit, onion etc.
The delayed start function is not available

for "FAST BAKING", "DOUGH MAKING",
"BAKING" and "YOGURT" programs.
When selecting the delayed start in "BAKING"

and "YOGURT" programs you can just set the
baking time (10-60 minutes) and the yogurt
making time (6-12 hours) instead of delay time.
Press the «TIME» button (12) repeatedly to set
the baking time with step of 1 minute or the
yogurt making time with step of 1 hour.
The function is not available after starting the

program.
Crust color
The unit doesn't have the crust color selec-
tion function. If you want darker crust of the
ready bread, start the "BAKING" program
after the main cooking program is finished for
additional heating.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

Keep warm mode
In case you have not switched the unit off
after the cooking program is over, it will auto-
matically pass into keep warm mode (dura-
tion – 1 hour).
After keep warm is finished you will hear a
sound signal.
To cancel the keep warm mode, press and
hold down the «START/STOP» button (11).
Note: The keep warm function is not avail-
able for "FAST BAKING", "DOUGH MAKING",
"BAKING" and "YOGURT" programs.
Memory
In case of emergency power cutoff during the
operation process the memory function with
the duration of up to 10 minutes is activated.
If the power supply is restored within 10 min-
utes the bread maker will continue to perform
the pre-set program from the moment it has
been stopped at.
If there is no power for more than 10 minutes
it is necessary to load the ingredients again
and program the unit.
If the operation was interrupted during the
dough kneading process just press «START/
STOP» button (11), and the program will be
restarted from the very beginning.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Unpack the unit.
Install the unit on a flat stable surface. Distance
to the nearest surfaces should be at least 20 cm.
Note: After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature keep it for at least three hours at
room temperature before switching on.
The bread maker is intended for operation within
a wide range of temperatures, but excessively
high or low temperature in the room affects
dough rising process and consequently the size
and density of bread. The most optimal tempera-
ture in the room is from 15 to 34°С.
Open the lid (3) taking it by the handle (4)
and take the baking form (5) out of the pro-
cess chamber.
Take the baking form (5) by the handle, turn
it counterclockwise until bumping and pull
upwards. For easy installation/removal of the
baking form (5), there are the symbols
and «
» on the wall of the process chamber.
Close the lid (3), switch the unit on by plug-
ging the power cord plug into the socket.
There will be a long sound signal, and the dis-
play (2) will show consequently the cooking
program number and its duration.
Select the «BAKING» program by pressing
the button (10) «MENU» repeatedly, press
the «START/STOP» button (11) and let the
unit warm up for 10 minutes.
Note: During the first operation some smell from
the heating element and small amount of smoke
is possible, this is normal.
Switch bread maker off in 10 minutes. To do
so press and hold down the «START/STOP»
button (11) for more than 2 seconds until you
hear a long sound signal, take the power plug
out of the socket.
Open the lid (3) and let the unit cool down.
Wash the baking form (5), the paddle (6),
the measuring cup (8), the spoon (7) and
the hook (9) with a soft sponge and a neutral
detergent.
Dry the removable parts.
The unit is ready for use.

USING THE UNIT

Fix the paddle (6) on the form (5) axle.
Notes: It is desirable to grease the paddle with
butter before assembly to avoid dough ingress
under the paddle (6) during operation and to
facilitate paddle removal (6) from the baked
bread.
