8. DOUGH MAKING

The bread maker kneads dough and lets it rise.
Use this dough to make home-baked pastry
(pies, pizza, etc.). See the chapter "Recipes"
for dough recipe examples. You can adjust the
cooking time in this program from 0:10 minutes
to 1:30 with the step 10 minutes.
9. JAM
Cook savory home-made jam. Cut the fruit for
jam beforehand.
10. CAKE
Add leaven or soda to sweet dough and bake
savory cake or biscuits.
11. SANDWICH
Use this program to bake light and puffy bread
with thin crust.
12. BAKING
Bread maker works as an ordinary electric oven.
The program does not include dough knead-
ing and rising modes. It is used for baking from
ready-made dough or for baked bread additional
browning. Program settings are meant for 450 g
dough baking, program duration – from 10 min-
utes to 1 hour. If using less dough follow the
food readiness by yourself. You can change the
cooking duration by pressing consequently the
button "TIME" with the step of 1 minute. Preset
default time – 1 hour.
13. YOGURT
Make the tastiest natural yogurt of milk and leav-
en. Use yogurt or prebiotics as a leaven. See the
details in the chapter "Recipes". The program
duration is from 6 to 12 hours. You can change
the cooking duration by pressing consequently
the button "TIME" with the step of 1 hour. Preset
default time – 8 hours.
Control panel buttons (1)
Every pressing of the control panel buttons is
accompanied by a short sound signal.
«MENU» Button (10)
Select one of 13 programs by pressing «MENU»
button (10) repeatedly. The number of the
selected program will be shown on display (2).
After selecting the desired program the dis-
play (2) will shown consequently the number of
the selected program and its duration.

«START/STOP» Button (11)
Launch baking program by pressing «START/
STOP» button (11). There will be a short
sound signal, the two-spot in the time index
on the display (2) will flash, and countdown
will start.
Other buttons become inactive during the
baking process.
In order to stop the cooking process press
and hold «START/STOP» button (11) for
more than 2 seconds until you hear a long
sound signal.
«TIME» button (12) (delayed start function)
Use this button to set the delayed start (delayed
start time) for selected cooking programs and to
change the cooking duration for "BAKING" and
"YOGURT" programs.
You can pre-set the time when the cooking pro-
cess is to be finished with the «TIME» button.
Determine the selected program duration before
pressing the «TIME» button (12). Note that
the delay time includes the cooking time of the
selected program. So the cooking program ends
when the delay time is out.
Select the desired program by pressing
the button (10) «MENU» repeatedly. After
selecting the desired program the display (2)
will show consequently the number of the
program and its duration.
Then set the delay time by pressing the
«TIME» button (12) repeatedly (that means
in what time starting from the current time the
baking process is to be finished). The delay
time will be shown on the display (2).
Notes: The maximal time of cooking delay is
no more than 13 hours, setting step is
10 minutes.
Example: If it is 20:30 now, and you want fresh
bread to be ready by 7 o'clock next morning, set
the time of delay of 10 hours 30 minutes (includ-
ing the cooking time in "FRENCH BREAD"
mode 3 hours 50 minutes (the cooking time is
included automatically)).
After the delay time has been set press the
«START/STOP» button (11), the two-spot in
the remaining time index on the display (2)
will flash, and countdown will start.
In order to cancel the delayed start and
stop the unit operation press and hold
the «START/STOP» button (11) for more
than 2 seconds until you hear a long sound
signal.
