HOW TO SOUS VIDE
Sous vide is a cooking method, which food is prepared in an airtight package (vacuum) in a water bath
at a stable temperature. You can cook especially meat, fish, vegetables, but also fruits. The intention is to
preserve the natural flavor, texture and juice quality food with uniform heating in the exact temperature
controlled water bath.
1.
Place ingredients into the inner pot and place the pot into the base.
2.
If you need to pre-cook or brown foods prior to slow cooking, follow the instructions in this manual
under SOUS VIDE.
3.
Plug the unit into an outlet and press the POWER button.
4.
Press the MENU button until the flashing indicator arrow moves to the STEW position.
5.
Press the TIMER/TEMP button once and the default time of 2:00hrs on the display will flash. Press the +
or - buttons to adjust in 10 min increments to the desired cook time.
6.
Follow the Cooking Function Chart on page 8 to reference the range of cooking times for the STEW
mode.
NOTE: The unit will countdown 10 sec and begin cooking if no other buttons are pressed.
7.
Press the START/STOP button once to begin cooking.
8.
Once cooking is complete the unit will power off and beep 3 times.

HOW TO FRY
1.
Place ingredients into the inner pot and place the pot into the base. Pour into pot oil max. 2.5 liters.
2.
Plug the unit into an outlet and press the POWER button.
3.
Press the MENU button until the flashing indicator arrow moves to the FRY position
4.
Press the TIMER/TEMP button once and the default time of 0:15hrs on the display will flash. Press the +
or - buttons to adjust in 1 min increments to the desired cook time.
NOTE: The unit will countdown 10 sec and begin cooking if no other buttons are pressed.
5.
Press the START/STOP button once to begin cooking.
6.
After heating of the oil (try inserting one piece of food or a few crumbs of breadcrumbs: if around them
begin to form bubbles you can start frying), insert the raw materials ready for frying in the frying basket
into the container. Cover with a lid. During frying check the foods. When preparing pre-fried products,
follow the instructions on food packaging of foods when preparing their own potato chips before
placing them into the hot oil thoroughly.
7.
Once cooking is complete the unit will power off and beep 3 times.
after using of the multifunctional cooker, make sure that it is turned off. Before handling unplug it
from outlet and leave it to cool.
IMPORTaNT
Be careful when handling hot food.
NOTE: Leakage of a steam between the lid and the pot is caused by increased pressure in the pot after
achieved the required temperature.
