Compressed air maintenance unit
Adjustment of the working pressure
Check the working pressure indicated in the
pressure gauge 1 . This must correspond to the
technical data.
The working pressure can be adjusted by means
of the pressure regulator
Pull the pressure regulator up to make
adjustments.
To increase the pressure in the machine, turn the
regulator clockwise. To decrease the pressure,
turn the regulator counterclockwise.
Oiler
Check the oil level in the oil reservoir
Remove the oil reservoir.
Now refill the reservoir with a pneumatic oil of
SAE20 viscosity accordingly.
Check the injection quantity of the oiler through

the sight glass .
As a rule, the screw
completely by turning clockwise and then opened
again by approx. 1/4 to 1/2 turn by turning
counterclockwise.
Water separator
Check the water level in the separator

Open the valve to drain the water.

Disposal

Cut off the air and power supply.
Remove all non-metallic materials and store them according to local regulations.
Remove the oil from the machine and store it according to local regulations.
Recycle all metallic substances.
The machine contains some hazardous substances.
These can pollute the environment and cause harm to the human body.
Exercise appropriate caution when handling and wear protective clothing if necessary.
