Corporate Directory
If there is a call on a primary DN, or the set is configured as an ACD
Call Center telephone, use the following procedures to dial out on the
secondary DN.

Dial out on secondary DNs using Corporate Directory – M3903 and
M3904

Press the Directory/Log Key, select the Personal Directory, and select the
entry.
Press the secondary DN key and then the dial softkey.
The M3904 dials the number.
Note: If you press the dial softkey prior to pressing the secondary DN key, the
M3904 displays "Unable to Dial – Busy Primary Line".
This procedure is now complete
Press the Dir/Log key or the Callers or Redial List and select the entry.
Press the dial softkey.
The M3905 displays "Select Free Line". Your site must be on MSL15 (or
higher) and the patch ID DMX12 applied.
Press a secondary DN key, press "OK", and press the dial softkey again.
The M3905 dials the number.
Note: If your site is not yet on MSL15, the M3905 will not display the message;
however, you use the same steps to dial the number.
This procedure is now complete
Press the Applications Key, select Corporate Directory, and select the entry.
Press the secondary DN key and then press the dial softkey.
The M3903/M3904 dials the number.
Note: If you press the dial softkey prior to pressing the secondary DN key, the set
will not dial the call, and it will cancel hold for the call that is on the primary DN.
This procedure is now complete
