Every touch of the sensors is confirmed by a keypad tone. You can adjust the volume of the keypad tone or switch it off (see “Supervisor level”).

The orange scroll bar in the bottom display area shows that there are further options to choose from. To select the required drying programme, touch the programme name with your finger.

The difference between the estimated and achieved time becomes smaller if the corresponding programme is run more often.     *INSTALLATION* Installation Installation requirements The tumble dryer must only be installed and commissioned by the Miele Professional Service Department or an authorised technician.  The tumble dryer must be installed in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards.  The dryer must only be operated in a room that has sufficient ventilation and which is frost-free.

    *INSTALLATION* Installation After the machine has been aligned, screw the nuts on the  adjustable feet tightly to the base plate using an open spanner. Anchoring The tumble dryer must be secured to the floor by fitting the  tensioning strips supplied over the machine feet. The material provided is intended for use in bolting the machine to a concrete floor.

    If more than one voltage is specified on the data plate, the tumble dryer can be converted for connection to the relevant input voltage. This conversion must be performed by the Miele Professional Service Department or by an authorised technician. During the conversion, the wiring instructions given on the wiring diagram must be followed.

    If the gas type is changed, a conversion kit must be requested from the Miele Professional Service Department (please specify the appliance type, serial number, gas type, gas group, gas connection pressure and country of installation).
