PREPARING THE FOOD BEFORE CHOPPING:
• Remove bones, veins, cartilage and fat from meat.
• Cut meat, cheese, onions, vegetables or fruit into
pieces approximately 60x20x20 mm in size. Maximal
weight of the meat should not exceed 200 g.
• Remove stems of herbs, shell nuts.
CHOPPING
Before assembling the chopper, make sure that the
power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
• Place the chopper bowl (9) on a flat and steady
surface.
• Install the chopping knife (10) on the axis inside the
bowl (9).
Attention! The blades of chopping knife (10) are
very sharp! Always hold the chopping knife (10) by
the plastic end.
• Put the products into the bowl (9).
Note: do not switch the unit on when the bowl (9) is
empty.
• Install the geared lid (8) on the bowl (9).
• Install the gear (6) on the lid (8).
• Install the motor unit (2) on the gear (6), turn the
motor unit (2) counterclockwise as far as it will go,
make sure that the motor unit (2) is fixed properly.

• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• To switch the unit on, press and hold down the button
(4) .
• When you press and hold the button (4) you can
control the chopping knife (10) rotation speed by
turning the control knob (5).
• For operation at the maximal rotation speed, press
and hold down the button (3) «TURBO».
• During the unit operation hold the motor unit (2) with
one hand and the chopper bowl (9) with the other
hand.
• Release the button (3 or 4) to switch off.
• After the unit operation, wait till the chopping
• knife (10) completely stops rotating.
• Remove the power plug from the mains socket.
• Disconnect the motor unit (2) from the gear (6) by
turning the motor unit (2) clockwise.
• Remove the geared lid (8) from the bowl (9).
• Carefully remove the chopping knife (10) from the
bowl (9) holding it by the plastic end.
• Take the chopped products out of the bowl (9).

USING THE WHISK ATTACHMENT

• Continuous operation time with the whisk attachment
(7) should not exceed 2 minutes. Make at least a 3
minute break after 2 operation cycles.
ATTENTION! Do not use the whisk attachment (7) to
knead tight dough.
• Use the whisk attachment (7) only for beating egg
whites, making biscuit dough or for mixing ready
desserts.
