Description:
This function is used to start to communicate with all slave devices in
the ScanList.

Syntax:
DWORD I8124_StartAllDevice (BYTE cSlot)

Parameter:
cSlot: [input] The slot number which the I-8124W is plugged in.

Return:
Please refer to the chapter 4.2 for the function return code.
