EXPLANATION
Hatches a rectangle starting from the current pen position is on angle to the position determined
by the relative distance in the X-axis direction and the relative distance in the Y-axis direction.
Hatching is performed in accordance with the current FT and PT command settings (hatching
type, shading space, angle).
When hatching(shading) is completed, the pen will return to the starting position.
