OPERATION
Problem
The engine does not start even if the
key in the starting switch is turned to
START position and the starting mo-
tor rotates.

• In cases of problems or causes which are not listed below, ask your Komatsu distributor for repairs.
Problem
Speed of travel, swing, boom, arm,
bucket is slow
Pump generates abnormal noise.
(sucking in air)
Excessive rise in hydraulic oil temper-
ature
Track comes off.
Abnormal wear of sprocket
Boom rises slowly or does not rise.
Does not swing.
