Uncontrolled movements of axes or machine components.
The belt of the X5 axis can only be replaced if the machine
manufacturer previously installed a self-locking gear attachment

specifically for this activity. Secure all axes or components
against uncontrolled movements during maintenance or repair
work.
Replace X5 belt.
7. Measure belt tension (frequency meter) and adjust belt.
8. Replace Z5 belt.
9. Measure belt tension (frequency meter) and adjust belt.
10. Replace WZW1 belt.
11. Measure belt tension (frequency meter) and adjust belt.
12. Replace WZW2 belt.
13. Measure belt tension (frequency meter) and adjust belt.

Replace Z8 WHU belt. The value of 600mm listed in the table refers to the
distance between the center of the guide pulley on drive 1 and the center of the
belt clamping of this unit 2 (see example: distance between guide pulley and
belt clamping). This value or distance is necessary to accurately adjust the belt
tension.
15. Measure belt tension (frequency meter) and adjust belt.
