Using the W2639A Adapter
The W2631B and W2633B DDR2 BGA probes may be used with Keysight E2678A socketed probe
head with damping header to provide connection to the oscilloscope.
A few additional signals may be probed by soldering the oscilloscope probe directly to a test point on
the BGA probe.
The E2678A socketed probe head makes a 2 GHz bandwidth connection with the test point on the
adapter or BGA probe.
