The software is licensed. If the software is not already installed, make sure you have the
Entitlement Certificate. If the software came preinstalled on the logic analysis system, no further
action is required to license it, but you should still update to the latest version of the software.
Get the latest version of the logic analyzer application, the B4621A decoder, and the B4622A
compliance software from the web at:
After you have downloaded the software, double-click on the setup file then follow the
instructions which are displayed.
Follow the instructions on the Entitlement Certificate to redeem your license and enable the
application.
