Device operation

The functions opening, closing, mounting and
turning of the small pipe turning device (FUG) are
controlled with the valve gear lever on the fork lift.
The functions last so long as the valve gear lever is
controlled.
It is not allowed to let go the valve gear lever (with
spring reserve). Move the valve control lever slowly
in the neutral position, otherwise pressure peaks
could reduce the gripping power of the device.
Drive careful with fork lift to small pipes and open
the device (FUG) completely.

Change and regulation of the slip-on tines

The number and the dimension of the pipes, must
the slip-on tines removed, added or the distance
must be adjusted.
The slip-on tines can moved arbitrary on the cross
tube and must be fixed with a screw.
Before take-off the lateral keyway.
Drive slowly with the slip-on tines into the pipes and
choose with valve gear lever the function closing.
The best gripping power will be achieved is to hold
the lever 2 more seconds after the gripping the pipe
or cone. The pressure gauge will show 100 bar.
Lift the small pipes careful, drive them to the
destination and let them careful down.
Activate the respective valve gear lever for the
function mounting and turning. With the help of this
function is it possible to store the pipes after the
production in lying position.
Let a corresponding distance between the pipes so
that the slip-on tines could drive in- and out
problem-free.
