B2 - C
HECK THE HYDRAULIC OIL LEVEL
Place the lift truck on level ground with the I.C. engine stopped and the mast
lowered as far as possible.
- Lift up the overhead guard or the cabin (See chapter : INSTRUMENTS AND
CONTROLS in paragraph : 2 - DESCRIPTION).
- Refer to gauge 1 (Fig. B2).
- The level is correct when it is equidistant between the lower and the upper
marks.
- If necessary, add oil (See chapter : LUBRICANTS AND FUEL in paragraph :
3 - MAINTENANCE) by the filler port 2 (Fig. B2).
Use a clean funnel and clean the underside of the oil drum before filling.
Always maintain the oil level at maximum as cooling depends on the oil
flowing through the tank.
B3 - C
HECK THE FRONT WHEEL REDUCER OIL LEVEL
Place the lift truck on level ground with the I.C. engine stopped.
- Check the oil level on each front wheel reducer.
- Place the level plugs 1 (Fig. B3) into a horizontal position.
- Remove one of the level plugs, the oil must flush with the port.
- If necessary, add oil (See chapter : LUBRICANTS AND FUEL in paragraph :
3 - MAINTENANCE) through the same port.
- Replace the level plug 1 and tighten it (Fig. B3) (Tightening torque 60 à 70
N.m)

WASHER LIQUID
- Lift up the overhead guard or the cabin (See chapter : INSTRUMENTS AND
CONTROLS in paragraph : 2 - DESCRIPTION).
- Open filling cap 1 (Fig. B4).
- Check visually the level.
- If necessary add windscreen washer liquid by filler port 2 (Fig. B4).
