DESCRIPTION
Multi-functional gym bands with grip-friendly
handles and snap-hook fasteners. The
gym bands are adjustable in length to suit
requirements.
The packaging contains the following parts:
1 exercise band (1)
2 adjustable locking pieces (1a)
2 handles (1b)
2 foot straps (1c)
1 adjustable strap (2)
1 door fastener (3)
1 storage bag (4)
1 door sign (5)
1 copy of instructions

MOUNTING
NOTE:
•
The floor space for exercising should be
about 3 times 1.8 metres and the surface
should be level and not slippery.
•
Always lock the door before using the
product - risk of personal injury.
•
Always use the supplied door sign.
•
The door must be stable and strong
enough to bear your weight. Check that
the door fastener is firmly attached.
Firmly stretch the straps a few times to
check the attachment (figure D).
•
Fasten the product (1) at a height of
between 1.80 and 2.30 m.

Fasten the door fastener (3) or the
adjustable strap (2) to the product and
snap hooks (figure B).
•
Only fasten the product in a door that
opens outwards, away from you (figure C).
•
Place the door fastener over the door, in
the middle of the door leaf (figure C).
USE
ADJUSTABLE STRAP AND SNAP
HOOK
The adjustable strap (figure G) and snap hook
can be used to fasten the product to a post,
beam, hook or extension strap. There are two
ways of attaching the adjustable straps.
ADJUSTING THE LENGTH
NOTE:
Check before adjusting that the straps are not
twisted.
SHORTENING
1.
Hold one strap firmly.
2.
Press the catch on the locking piece with
your thumb and hold the black adjustable
strap in the other hand.
3.
Keep the catch on the locking piece
pressed and pull up the strap. Repeat for
the other strap (figure F).
4.
The attachment point can be moved if
the straps are too long for some exercises.
Open the snap hook for the door fastener
and remove the hook from the product.
5.
Hook the snap hook in one of the lower
straps on the product.
WARNING!
•
The door fastener snap hook must only
be hooked in the straps colour marked
on both sides.
