SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not use the product if you are injured
or have health issues.
Consult a doctor before starting an
exercise programme.
The product is intended for a body weight
of no more than 125 kg.. Do not use the
product if you weigh more.
Always warm up before exercising. Adapt
exercising to your physical capacity.
Overexertion can result in serious personal
injury. Stop exercising at once and seek
medical attention if you experience pain,
weakness or exhaustion.
Keep these instructions handy to see the
suggested exercises.
Consult a doctor before exercising if you
are pregnant.
Only one person at a time can use the
product.
The product is not intended to be used for
medical treatment.
Make sure there is 60 cm of free space on
all sides of the product (figure P).
Use the product on a level, non-slip
surface.
Do not use the product near stairs or
ledges, etc..
Stop exercising at once and seek medical
attention if you experience dizziness, or a
high pulse rate.
The product must be assembled by an
adult. Do not use the product before until
it is fully assembled.
Do not exercise when you are tired or
distracted. Do not exercise before 2 hours
have passed after a meal.
Make sure there is adequate ventilation,
but avoid draughts.
Make sure to drink during the exercising.
Do not place any part of the product
round your head, neck or chest – risk of
suffocation.
Never use the product for anything other
than its intended purpose.
Keep the packaging material out of the
reach of children – risk of suffocation.
Keep children under supervision to make
sure they do not play with the product.
Store the product out of the reach of
children. Do not exercise with the product
if there are children nearby – risk of
personal injury.
Explain to children that the product is not
a toy.
Only use the product if it is in good
condition. Check the product for wear and
damage before using it.
This will ensure that the product remains
safe to use.
Only use original spare parts.
Do not expose the product to heat, direct
sunlight or moisture. Incorrect storage
and/or use can damage the product,
which can result in a risk of personal
injury.
Never fasten the product near sharp
edges, such as hinges. Nylon breaks if it is
rubbed against sharp edges.
Do not use sawing movements during the
exercising, this can damage the product.
Check the product for wear and damage
at regular intervals. Do not use the
product if it is damaged.
Do not allow the product to drop or spring
back against the door, this can damage
the door.
WARNING!
The product must only be fastened in
doors.
Risk of personal injury. Only fasten the
product in a door that opens outwards,
away from you, never in a door that
opens inwards, towards you. There is a
risk of serious personal injury if the door
opens.
Risk of personal injury. Always lock the
door to which the product is fastened.
When exercising, always place the
exercise sign clearly visible on the other
side of the door.
