To save a number to the Local directory:

When displaying the list of Missed calls, Received calls or Dialed calls,
press

Press the MENU/Confirm key, press

OPTIONAL: To edit the details in the contact you are saving:
• Press
• Use the keypad to edit the First name, Last
name, Work, Mobile, and Other phone
numbers�
• Press
• Press Delete to delete a character�

To save the contact to the Local directory, press Save�

To delete entries:

In the Call History menu, press
Missed calls, Received calls or Dialed calls, and
then press Delete all�
Press Yes on the delete all confirmation screen�

Locking the keypad
You can lock the keypad on your deskset to prevent accidental dialing� If you receive an
incoming call, intercom call or page, the keypad will temporarily unlock until the
deskset is idle again� You must unlock the keypad in order to dial a number or browse
the menu screens�
To lock the keypad:
•
Press and hold the # key when the deskset is idle�
The
icon at the top of the screen indicates the keypad is locked�
To unlock the keypad:
•
Press and hold the # key�
Note: If you press Unlock or any other key, the
deskset will display unlocking instructions�
to select a call�

to select an item to edit�
or
to move the cursor�
or
to change the Ringer tone and Dial line (account)�
