ClearLink PRO and ClearLink Connect Components Descriptions
Flow Switch:
• Magnet is pushed up when water is flowing and
detected by reed switch. Shown in the up position.
• Flow data (gallons remaining, time counter, etc.)
is only counted when both the flow switch
is "on" and the solenoid is closed
(i.e. filtered water is flowing).
Bypass Valve:
• Rotate handle 90° to engage.
• Unfiltered water regardless
of solenoid position.
• Can be used in the event
that the solenoid is stuck
closed or blocked
(dead battery, debris, etc.).
Solenoid Replacement Procedure
1.
Take off the cover by removing the three rear screws.
2.
Carefully remove the PCB from the manifold by releasing the three snap clips.
3.
Unplug the solenoid from the PCB.
4.
Take off the solenoid from the manifold by removing the 4 small screws.
5.
Assemble in reverse order.
