Remove Main Control Board
Power off and Unplug the unit

Failure to disconnect power
from the unit before servicing
could result in severe bodily
injury or death. The ON/OFF
Switch does not disconnect
incoming power to the unit.
Using a Phillips head screwdriver, open the control

side panel. Reference the
Remove the (6) connectors from the control board.

Reference the Black Arrows.
Remove (4) screws to remove the master control
4
board. Reference the
Remove the Board
5
Replace Main Control Board
Install the new board

Using the (4) screws removed in step 4, secure the
7
board onto the electronics tray.
Reconnect (6) connections onto board that were re-
8
moved in step 4.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, secure the control side
9
panel to the unit. Previously opened in step 2.
Plug in unit. Power on and ensure the unit is fully
10
functional.
