Remove Relay

Power off and Unplug the unit

Failure to disconnect power
from the unit before servicing
could result in severe bodily
injury or death. The ON/OFF
Switch does not disconnect
incoming power to the unit.
Using a Phillips head screwdriver, open the control

side panel. Reference the
Remove 4 Wires from relay. Note the position of each
3
wire.
Using a Phillips head screwdriver, Remove (2) screws
4
to remove the relay. Refer to

Replace Relay

Install the new board

Using the (4) screws removed in step 4, secure the
6
board onto the electronics tray
Reconnect (6) connections onto board that were re-
7
moved in step 4.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, secure the control side
8
panel to the unit. Previously opened in step 2.
Plug in unit. Power on and ensure the unit is fully
9
functional.
