Preparing the product for use Note regarding the tyres • If the power wheelchair is not moved for several days, permanent colour changes may develop where it comes into contact with the ground. A suitable base should therefore be used when parking it for extended periods of time.

Settings and assembly instructions Removing the battery cover 1) Disconnect the plug of the battery cable from the controller (see fig. 2, item 1). To release the plug, push the snap-fit (see fig. 2, item 2). 2) Loosen the four Allen screws on the battery cover (see fig. 2, item 3).
Settings and assembly instructions 6.2.3 Lighting for road traffic INFORMATION ► Before performing the work described below, remove the plug of the battery cable from the controller. Only reconnect it for the functional test. ► Leave the lighting set assembled as delivered for the installation described below. The lamps are already installed on the supplied cable of the lighting set.

Settings and assembly instructions Installing the lamps 1) Set the cable of the lighting set with the connected lamps onto the battery cover under the seat, align ing them correctly. INFORMATION: You can disconnect the lamps from the cable of the lighting set for easier assembly.

Connect the red cable to the red contact (see fig. 10, item 1). 2) Turn the cable end with the fuse so that the fuse can be positioned between the batteries (see fig. 10, item 2).
