Creating the opening for the lighting push-button
module
1) Determine the ergonomically correct installation
position of the push-button module. To do so, slide
the tray surface into the holder and set the appropri
ate depth. The user must be able to reach all but
tons on the push-button module.
INFORMATION: The position of the push-button
module can be freely chosen. However, the
push-button module cannot be installed in line
with the control panel due to space considera
tions.
2) Mark the chosen position and apply the supplied
template.
3) Mark the opening for the push-button module (see
fig. 10, item 1) and the bore holes (see fig. 10,
item 2).
4) Using suitable tools, machine the tray surface so
that the push-button module can be inserted into
the tray surface. File the cut surfaces so they are
even and deburr them (see fig. 10, item 1).
5) Drill the holes using a suitable tool and then coun
tersink from above (see fig. 10, item 2).
Installing the lighting push-button module
1) Insert the push-button module into the opening from
below and screw it to the tray surface (see fig. 10,
item 3; see fig. 11, item 1).
2) Route the power cable for the push-button module
(see fig. 11, item 2) to the external charging recept
acle on the tray (see fig. 11, item 3). Plug the power
cable into the external charging receptacle (not
illustrated).
INFORMATION: Please note that to charge the
battery packs (see page 9), the power cable for
the push-button module (see fig. 11, item 2) has
3
to be temporarily unplugged from the external
charging receptacle on the tray (see fig. 11,
item 3). The battery packs can only be charged
on the external charging receptacle. After char
ging, reconnect the power cable for the push-
button module to the external charging recept
acle on the tray (see fig. 11, item 2/3).
