Refer to the "System Reference Drawings" in Appendix B for the system
plumbing and electrical hookup connections.
Equipment Damage To prevent damaging the probe transducer, read the
cable labels carefully and DO NOT connect the C or D cable to the wrong
connector on the 82i rear panel.
Refer to Table 2–1 for setting the default temperatures (or per site
requirements). At the 80i Main Menu, select > Service > Set
Defaults

Use the following procedure to power up the Mercury CEMS.
Note If the 81i is in Service Mode, it will ignore 80i commands.
1. Apply Power to the CEMS, turn power switches ON in the following

3. To test communication from the 80i to the 81i:
