protect the wiring in accordance with local and national wiring regulations. The Cisco uBR10012 router
DC-input terminal block accepts a minimum of 6 AWG wire. An insulation rating of 167° Fahrenheit
(75° Celsius) is required for the 6 AWG wire for 3000 W of power.

Cabling Guidelines

When planning the location of a new system, consider the signal type, signal speed, and transmission
medium. Also, consider the distance limitations for signaling, EMI, and connector compatibility. The
