Meter Testing Commands
SYST:TST:STOP
Stop meter testing
SYST:TST:STAR
Start meter testing
SYST:TST:STAR?
SYST:TST:STAT?
Both commands (same behavior) return meter testing state: 0 = not running, 1 = running
SYST:TST:STAT:COUN?
Returns number of already measured samples
SYST:TST:RES? { [<count>] }
If parameter is omitted (not used) then returned value is average value from all measured samples
(when measurement is finished then this value is result of measurement).
If parameter used then returned value is value of x-th value when x is defined in parameter.
SYST:TST:RES:STD?
Returns standard deviation from measured samples
SYST:TST:RES:SAV
Saving the results of Meter Error Test after finishing. Return values are: 0 – result available, 1 – saved
result, 2 – no result available.
SYST:TST:MAXC?
Returns number of samples which have to be measured by device to automatically stop meter testing.
SYST:TST:MAXC {<maxCount>}
Sets number of samples which has to be measured by device to automatically stop meter testing.
Parameter has to be from interval 1 .. 999.
SYST:TST:MOD?
Requests for actual value of testing mode.
SYST:TST:MOD {<mode>}
Sets testing mode.
Meaning of parameter:
0 = integration time defined (by command SYST:TST:TIM)
1 = number of impulses (OPS predivider) defined (by command SYST:TST:IMP)
SYST:TST:TIM?
Returns integration time setting.
SYST:TST:TIM {<time>}
Sets integration time in seconds. Used only when testing mode (command SYST:TST:MOD) is 0.
SYST:TST:IMP?
Returns number of impulses (OPS predivider).
SYST:TST:IMP {<imp>}
