(parameter No. of impulses in Test Settings screen 1/2) has to be
registered. When disabled (OFF) only the 0
registered, thus n+1 pulses has to be counted. Pulses registration is
carried out by Snap Switch accessory or F3 key in Meter Error Test
screen when registration mode is set to value SNAP.S.
