Troubleshooting the connection between ROCLINK 800 and the Model 3711

If you are having trouble connecting from ROCLINK 800 to the Model 3711:
1. Check the cable and wiring.
2. Reboot the PC and retry.

Debugging ROCLINK 800 communications

To view data sent and received by ROCLINK 800, click
Communications Monitor window is opened. Data bytes of all subsequent messages are displayed, in
hexadecimal format.
The Communications Monitor window will be empty when first opened. To use this function, first
open the window, then perform the operation that you are trying to debug.
