Time: Total duration of this phase in minutes

Max Force: Maximum force of this phase
(15N to 900N in steps of 5N)

Min Force: Minimum force of this stage
(10N to 895N in steps of 5N)

Max Hold Time: Hold time at maximum force in seconds
(1s to 60s in steps of 1s)

Min Hold Time: Hold Time at minimum force in seconds.
(1s to 60s in steps of 1s)

Speed: Speed at which the force is built down. Expressed in force/second
(5N/s to 50N/s in steps of 1N/s)
•
Steps: Number of steps
(1 step to 10 steps in steps of 1)

Hold Time: Time between two steps in seconds
(1s to 30s in steps of 1s)
