Uploading &
Running G-Code
IMPORTANT: DO NOT use a USB drive larger
than 16GB. The controller is designed to read
USB drives formatted below 16GB.
Running G-Code From USB Drive
1.
Turn machine ON.
2.
Insert USB drive loaded with G-code into
controller (see Figure 26).

Press RUN/PAUSE and scroll to "UDisk File",
then press OK.
4.
Scroll to desired G-code file and press OK.
5.
Screen will display "SetWorkParam" and the
following parameters:
— WorkSpd (feed rate in mm/sec.).
— FastSpd (movement speed between cuts
in mm/sec.).
— SpdScale (spindle speed ratio).
— FallDown (Z-axis speed ratio).
6.
Scroll to desired parameter and press RUN/
PAUSE to change value, then press OK.

Press OK again to begin operation.

Perform Steps 1–2 of Running G-Code
From USB Drive on this page.
2.
Press MENU, then scroll to "Operate File" on
the controller and press OK.
3.
Scroll to "Copy File" and press OK.
4.
Scroll to "UDisk File" and press OK, then
navigate to G-code file and press OK.
5.
Once upload is complete, remove USB drive
and proceed to Running G-Code From
