Removing an Existing Memory Board
It is not necessary to remove an existing memory board unless
both slots contain boards and you are upgrading one or both of
them. If one slot is empty, skip this procedure and go to "Inserting
a Memory Expansion Board."
To remove an existing memory board:
1. Push the metal spring retention tabs away from both sides of
the memory board to release the board
2. Lift up the edge of the memory board and gently slide the
board out of the slot at a 45-degree angle
3. Place the removed memory board in an electrostatic-safe
container.
