9. With a 13/16" wrench disconnect the compression elbow from the gas inlet tube. (Fig. 73)
10. With 5/16" remove (4) screws holding the heat shield in place. (See Fig. 48)
11. Slide the heat shield down. (See Fig. 48)
12. If fryer is inter plumb equipped cut the wire ties holding the oil refill lines together. (Fig. 74)
If fryer is without inter plumb, skip to step 15.
