5. From inside the fryer cabinet, follow the thermostat lead wire to the bulb packing nuts in the bottom of the
tank. With a 5/16" wrench remove the thermostat packing nut and with an 11/16" wrench remove the
thermostat bulb holding nut. (Fig.11)
6. Pull the thermostat bulb from the fryer through the tank bottom. (Fig. 12)
7. Install new thermostat by reversing steps 1-6.
