If you make a support request, you will be asked to specify the software version,
User Interface (UI) version and Scanner Serial Number (S/N).
These can be copied by clicking on the corresponding copy icon.

In accordance with Medical device Regulation
(EU) 2017/745, the UDI is composed of a device
identifier (UDI-DI) and a production identifier
(UDI-PI). The last 6 digits represent the scanner's
Serial number (S/N)
