Connecting USB devices
This section describes the procedures to connect recording media such
as USB flash drive, etc. and USB devices such as USB cable for touch
panel, USB mouse or USB keyboard, etc.

Insert the USB devices to the USB connector ( A on the front or B
on the back) of DP2-AOU.
· Be sure to set the main switch C of DP2-AOU to OFF
NOTE
before connecting or disconnecting the recording media
such as USB flash drive, etc. or USB devices.
· DP2-AOU cannot be connected to PC using USB devices.
DP2-AOU must be connected to PC by network. For
connection procedures, see p.22.
· DP2-AOU is equipped with two USB connectors on the front

and three USB connectors (one of them is for connecting the
camera) on the back. For the USB connector position, see
"Hardware (p.10)".
· When you use the USB mouse or the USB keyboard, prepare
the following devices that meet compatibility standards or
contact Olympus.
USB mouse: Applicable to Windows
USB keyboard: Applicable to Windows
keyboard
· When installing the dedicated device drivers such as USB
mouse or USB keyboard, etc. on DP2-AOU, use the Windows
function to install the dedicated device drivers. For details, see
"Installing the dedicated device driver (p.90)".
