Setting the network

DP23-AOU or DP28-AOU can access PC on the network by connecting
DP2-AOU to LAN.
The settings changed by this operation cannot be
NOTE
returned to factory default settings. The malfunctions or
damages caused by changing the settings are subject to
the paid repair.
· The network must be set by the network administrator.
TIP
· The keyboard and the mouse must be connected for setting
the network.
Setting the network allows the following operations.
· The acquired images can be saved directly to PC on the network.
· The acquired images saved to PC on the network can be played
with DP23-AOU or DP28-AOU. (The images you can play are only
those acquired with DP23-CU or DP28-CU. However, if DP23-CU
is connected, you cannot play the image with resolution 2448
x 1920 (acquirable with DP28-CU). Also, you may not be able
to play images acquired with DP23-CU or DP28-CU if they are
edited by PC, etc.)

Connect the LAN cable to DP2-AOU. For procedures to connect the
LAN cable, see "Connecting the LAN cable (p.22)".
If the LAN cable is not connected, the settings of the network

are not applied to DP2-AOU.

While the camera control software is running and the live image or the
acquired image is displayed, press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Insert] of the keyboard.
The Windows
desktop is displayed.

Open the control panel and make the settings of network connection,
file sharing, etc. Make the settings according to your connection
environment. For details, contact the network administrator for
assistance.
The functions of Windows

When the settling of the network connection is completed, double-click
the [Camera] icon on the desktop.
