3. Default configuration
When it leaves the factory the universal transmitter has a default configuration for each loop.
If this default configuration is suitable for the application intended for the universal transmitter, programme the loop(s) on the control
panel.
Loop n° 1: technical detector application (using terminal block n° 1)
• type of external sensor: NO (default parameter value = 6),
• detector type: technical sensor (default parameter value = 6),
• no inhibition after each detection: inhibition disabled (default parameter value = 1),
• alarm level: specific to technical detector (see system booklet).
Loop n° 2: ON/OFF (arming/disarming) control (using terminal block n° 2)
• type of external contact: NC bistable command (default parameter value = 5),
• order transmitted when loop activated: Total Armed (default parameter value = 23),
• order transmitted when loop de-activated: Total OFF (default parameter value = 21).
IMPORTANT: in all other cases, the loop must first be configured before being programmed on the control panel. In this case refer to the Advanced
configuration operations chapter.
