6. Connection

6.1 Connection terminal blocks n° 1 and n° 2
each have 3 terminals
• Anti-tamper (AT1 and AT2): anti-tamper loop connection terminal
(protection against external contact wire cutting)
• Common (C1 and C2): main common terminal
• Loop (L1 and L2): detection or system control loop connection
terminal depending on configuration (see Configuration operations
chapter).

6.2 Connecting several types of external contact
• Series-wired NC contacts:
- surface or flush-mounted
normally closed contacts,
- glassbreak sensor
(piezo-electric),
- shock sensor,
- other non-
specific sensors.
• Series-wired anti-tamper NC contacts:
surface or flush-mounted normally
closed contacts
with anti-tamper
protection
• Parallel-wired NO contacts:
pressure mat
IMPORTANT
• Anti-tamper loops must be connected before the battery is
connected.
• The loop is then automatically recognised by the control panel when
the battery is connected.
