SERIAL POLLING

You can poll several fax machines one at a time with a single serial polling operation.
A maximum of 100 fax machines can be polled in one serial polling operation.

Follow these steps to use the serial polling function:

Press the [MENU] key.

Press the [ ] key (
until "9:SERIAL POLL MODE" appears,
and then press the [ENTER] key.

Dial the number of the fax machine
you want to poll using one of the
following methods:
• Press a Rapid Key or a Group Key.
• Press the [SPEED/SEARCH] key and enter a
two-digit Speed Dial number.
• Enter a fax number with the numeric keys.
• Press the [REDIAL/PULSE] key to enter the
last number dialed.
