Powering On the Switch

Before powering on the switch, reviewing the information in "Power
Specifications" on page 60.
Warning
Power cord is used as a disconnection device. To de-energize
equipment, disconnect the power cord.
Note
Pluggable Equipment. The socket outlet shall be installed near the
equipment and shall be easily accessible.
To power on the switch, perform the following procedure:
1. Install the power cord retaining clip on the AC power connector on the
rear panel of the switch. See Figure 14.
