Removing the Gas Burner
Explosion and asphyxiation risk
To avoid personal injury and product damage, check seals for damage and replace
•
damaged seals.
1. Detach electrical connections on electrodes.
2. Dismount nuts (a).
3. Remove gas burner.
NOTE: When reinstalling, replace gasket seals, apply anti-seize paste to screws, and torque screws
to 53 in-lb (6 Nm).
Removing the Electrodes
Glow Electrode
1. Remove both nuts (a) from the electrode to be replace.
2. Remove electrode.
NOTE: When reinstalling, replace threaded cable connection on electrodes.
