Installing the Wheel Vise Assembly, Eye Bolts and Tire Stop
The Wheel Vise Assembly (5323219) holds the front tire of the ATV or Motorcycle in place while it
is on the Lift.
To install the Eye Bolts, Wheel Vise Assembly and Tire Stop:
Retrieve the two Eye Bolts (5530788) and secure to the Top Deck using a Lock Washer, Flat
Washer and Nyloc Nut.
Retrieve the components of the Tire Vise Assembly (The Base Clamp Assembly, Left Clamp, and
the Fixed Right Clamp).
Retrieve the 10 M10 Bolts (5530788), Flat Washers (5535013), Split-Lock Washers (5545201),
and M10 Nuts (5535013).
These Bolts, Washers, and Nuts are located in the Parts Bag that came with the Lift.
Orient the Base Clamp Assembly so that the four holes in the base are aligned over the four
holes in the Top Deck.
Use four of the Bolt, Washer, and Nut sets to secure the Base Clamp Assembly to the Top Deck.
BendPak Ranger recommends orienting your Bolts, Washers, and Nuts as shown in the figure
below.
Retrieve four M8 Hex Head Bolts form the Parts Bag.
Use four M8 Bolts, to secure the Base Clamp Assembly to the Left Clamp Arm.
