Set-up
53. Fan delay
For frequency controlled screw compressors.
After compressor stop, the electrical fan has an after run for the stated time.
54. Oil pump low alarm
For SAB 120→151, SAB 157 HR and 193→355 compressors with oil pump.
This timer starts if the excess pressure delivered by the oil pump is less than a preset value. An alarm is
issued if the timer runs out. See subsection 2.2.36 Oil pump low pressure alarm for more details about
this alarm.
55. Oil pump low shutdown
For SAB 120→151, SAB 193→355, SAB 193 H→355 H, SAB 157 HR and SAB 273 S compressors with
oil pump.
This timer starts if the excess pressure delivered by the oil pump is less than a preset value. A shutdown
is issued if the timer runs out. See subsection 2.2.37 Oil pump low pressure shutdown for more details
about this shutdown.
56. Backspin delay
For SABflex compressors
This timer starts if the SSTV valve does not close correctly at stop giving a backwards flow through the
compressor. A shutdown is issued if the timer runs out. See subsection for more details about this
shutdown.
57. Vi position alarm
For SAB 193 H–355 H and SAB 273 S compressors
This timer starts when the deviation between the Vi slide position and Vi actual set point is above a de-
fined high limit. An alarm Vi position alarm is issued if the timer runs out.
This timer starts too when the deviation between Vi slide position and Vi actual set point is below the
high limit. An alarm Vi position alarm is reset if the timer runs out.
See subsection 2.2.28 Vi slide position error (screw compressors) for more details.
58. Discharge diff. delay
For SAB 193 H–355 H and SAB 273 S compressors
This timer starts when the discharge temperature difference is low and after the Discharge diff. start tim-
er has run out. An alarm Low discharge temperature difference is issued if the timer runs out.
See subsection 2.2.44 Low discharge temperature difference alarm for more details.
59. Discharge diff. start
For SAB 193 H–355 H and SAB 273 S compressors
This timer starts when the compressor starts, i.e. motor feedback is received. After the Discharge diff.
start timer has run out, the timer Discharge diff. delay may be started.
See subsection 2.2.44 Low discharge temperature difference alarm for more details.
