5.1

Maintenance

The maintenance menu contains information about running hours and operation time since last start.
5.1.1

Service timers

Hour counter
Shows the total number of compressor operating hours.
Since start
Shows for how long the compressor has been running since it was last started. When stopping the com-
pressor, the counter stays on the value reached at that particular moment. This way it can be seen how
long the compressor has been running since the last operating period. When the compressor is re-
started, the counter restarts from 0.

Compressor maintenance (screw and reciprocating)

Static compressor service information is available for the following compressors:
• Screw compressor types SAB 120, 151 and SAB 193, 233, 283, 355
• Screw compressor types SAB 193 H, 233 H, 283 H and 355 H
• Screw compressor types SAB 157 HR, SAB 273 S and SABflex
• Screw compressor types SAB 128, SAB 163 and SAB 80
• Reciprocating compressor types SMC, TSMC, HPC, HPX Mk 4 and CMO, TCMO, HPO
Dynamic Service on Demand functionality (Automatic service interval calculation depending on the com-
pressor running conditions) is available for the following compressors:
• Screw compressor types SAB 120, 151 and SAB 193, 233, 283, 355
• Screw compressor types SAB 193 H, 233 H, 283 H and 355 H
• Screw compressor types SAB 157 HR, SAB 273 S and SABflex
• Screw compressor types SABCube 109, 133 and 159
• Reciprocating compressor types SMC, TSMC, HPC, HPX Mk 4 and CMO, TCMO, HPO - valid
for all refrigerant types listed in the compressor manuals.
• Reciprocating compressor types SMC Mk 4 LL, TSMC Mk 4 LL, HPC Mk 4 LL and HPX Mk 4 LL
(LL: Long Life service intervals) - valid for all refrigerant types listed in the compressor manuals.
