Caution! Jamming during lifting up.
Therefore:
Lift the pump casing upwards vertically! The screw
spindle pair has a very close clearance to the inner
wall of the pump casing. When lifting take care that
the pump casing does not jam with the screw spindle
pair. Should it happen, the pump casing must be
lowered slightly and the lifting process must be
repeated.
During disassembly take care that fingers do not
become trapped between the rotors. The rotors have
sharp edges so the wearing of strong work gloves is
recommended!
Notice! Improper usage of hazardous substances may
damage the environment.
Therefore:
Coolant must not enter the local sewerage system.
Observe the environmental regulations!
Caution! Original Parts Must Be Used
Therefore:
All parts must be replaced only with the original spare
parts so as to ensure functionality of the system.
All parts of the vacuum pump, especially its sealing
surfaces, must be handled carefully.
All exposed gaskets and seals must be replaced.
The enclosed circuit diagram must be followed for
electrical connections so that the functional and
operational safety of the pump and the unit is not
hampered.
